Our first Willow and Raku taster session

We ran the first Willow and Raku taster sessions on the 15^th of September 2022. Our very studious attendees started at West Wales Willows in the morning to learn about willow weaving and made a tray and other small items. After a bite to eat, they arrived at RakuMania headquarters to learn about Raku glazing and firing.  They all chose 2 pots on which they used a number of glazing techniques on and we then fired them in the RakuShack.   

The day was a great success and everyone went home with some very personalised items and was very happy.
